NAB's Exclusive Socceroos Content

NAB - our partnership with football

Every four years, something happens to Australia. Alarm clocks ring at 3am, the rumble of drums can be heard and faces are painted green and gold. As our National team, the Socceroos possess the unique ability to unite the nation and we are proud to have supported the team since 2005. The Socceroos epitomise the fighting spirit of Australia and we at NAB are excited about the action that lays ahead for the team as they take on the best on the world stage.

NAB Young Footballer of the Year

NAB demonstrates our commitment to young Australian football talent through the NAB Young Footballer of the Year Award, within the Hyundai A-League.

Launched in 2010, it recognises outstanding performances in each month of the A-League season, with the overall winner receiving a $10,000 personal investment portfolio and a NAB Private Client Manager to assist with banking and financial services.

We also understand the impact that junior clubs have on a player’s career, which is why we reward the nominated junior clubs of all nominees’ with a Club Recognition Award which includes practical and financial resources to assist the club in continuing to develop future Australian football stars.

NAB is proud to be on board as a foundation partner of the Westfield FFA Cup.

Football is one of the fastest growing sports in the country, with over 1.9 million Australians involved in the game each week. Now, with a truly national tournament, the Westfield FFA Cup gives football clubs around the country the chance to participate on the biggest stages in Australian football. We look forward to seeing the stories unfold over the first ever season of the Westfield FFA Cup.
